Cancellation/prepayment

A valid credit card is required as your reservation guarantee.

Note that children aged 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number of adults.

Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do it online, subject to the Cancellation policy.

Free cancellation is up to 7 days before arrival.

Please do not hesitate to contact our reservation office at the following e-mail address: booking@humahotel.me for any additional info. The hotel reserves the right to reject, cancel or modify reservations where it appears that the above contains/has resulted from a mistake or error.

Child policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Children 12 and above are considered adults at this property.

To see the correct prices and occupancy info, add the number and ages of children in your group to your search.

Crib and extra bed policies

Children 0 – 3 years stay free of charge. You can get a crib on request.

The maximum number of cribs allowed depends on the room you choose. Double-check the maximum capacity for the room you selected.

Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

An extra bed for the third person is available in Premium rooms and Huma suite at the charge of 70 EUR per day.

All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.

Age restriction

The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parking

Private parking is possible on-site (reservation is needed) and costs € 20 per day.

Cards accepted

Acceptable cards are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

HUMA Kotor Bay Hotel and Villas accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

The Company reserves the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damages to your room or to Company property during your stay (including, but not limited to, special cleaning) or for any things that are missing from your room when you check out. You expressly authorize the Company to do so.

Group bookings

Group reservations must be made directly with the reservations team for reservations of five (5) rooms or more with the same arrival and departure dates. Please send us an email at groups@humahotel.me if you have group enquiries. Group reservations booked through sources other than the company’s group reservations team may be cancelled at the company’s discretion. All information regarding the group booking, rates, and conditions is specified in the email proposal from the company.

Damages

Operational times

The Company retains the right to change or suspend the times and dates of availability of hotel amenities, entertainment, and other programs and services without giving previous notice.
