Notice To Guests – Safekeeping Of Valuables

For the security of your personal belongings, Guests are strongly encouraged to store cash, jewelry, passports, electronic devices, and other valuables in the in-room safe or to deposit them with the Hotel for safekeeping, where available.

The Hotel’s liability for the loss, theft, or damage of Guest property shall be governed by the applicable laws of Montenegro. The Hotel shall not be liable for valuables that are not placed in the designated safe or otherwise entrusted to the Hotel for safekeeping, except where liability arises under mandatory provisions of Montenegrin law, including cases involving the Hotel’s negligence or other legal responsibility.

Guests are requested to ensure that all valuables are properly secured during their stay.
